气液分离器是将真空气体中的液体和可凝气体分离出来，进行排放或回收，气液分离有泵前分离和泵后分离。如果在泵前进行分离，根据可凝气体成分和气体饱和蒸汽压，有时需要给气液分离器提供冷源，才能够做到有效的气液分离。

 A gas-liquid separator separates liquid and condensable gas from vacuum gas for discharge or recovery. There are two types of gas-liquid separation: pre-pump separation and post-pump separation. If separation is performed before the pump, a cold source may be required for the gas-liquid separator to achieve effective gas-liquid separation, depending on the composition of the condensable gas and the vapor pressure at saturation.
